“You were great! I did my custom a-frame order and didn't realize that I had to design 2 sides. I thought it would just duplicate it. When I received our order, the signs weren't what I expected. I emailed customer service and heard from someone the next day I believe. We realized what had happened and I was shipped the corrected sign within 2 days. No questions, no hassle, and NO COST. I ordered for my business, and it was so great to have a company take care of it's customer that way. I will order again from them and definitely recommend them. So easy to work with.”
