Whether setting up indoors or braving the elements outdoors, these tents are resilient and built to stand tall. Our custom event tents' 40 mm hardware features telescopic legs with foot plates, which help adjust the height and stake the tent to the ground.

Event Tent Installation Guide

1. Carefully remove the hardware from the bag
2. Watch out for pinching hazards in the scissors section.
3. With assistance, lift the hardware's center "V" simultaneously and expand until the frame is about 5 ft. wide.
4. Unpack the canopy graphic and place it on the frame, aligning corners and securing it with Velcro.
5. Lift one leg each with the help of two people, step back to expand the tent to 10 ft., and secure the legs with auto sliders.
6. Step on the triangular base, lift the hexagonal piece, and extend the legs until locked.
7. Repeat the process on the final two legs. Press the red switch and pull up to one of the four available height options for additional height.
