We are not aware of any specific instances of modern slavery in our supply chains. [In addition, we have long standing relationships with many of our principal tier-1 suppliers, and many of our principal tier-1 suppliers are located in the United States, which we believe mitigates modern slavery-related risks at that tier.] However, we recognize that modern slavery is a risk in many supply chains across a large number of industries and geographies.

In recognition of these risks, we are committed to over time developing appropriate risk-based policies, procedures (including internal training) and supplier assessments. In the meantime, we are distributing this Statement to our tier-1 suppliers to ensure they understand our expectations relating to modern slavery compliance.

We do not currently engage in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address modern slavery risks, conducts supplier audits or specifically include modern slavery compliance clauses in supplier contracts. We also do not currently have prescribed internal accountability standards and procedures specific to modern slavery or conduct internal training relating to modern slavery. We will update this statement periodically as we expand our compliance measures.
