Want to create a completely new custom vinyl banner design instead? No problem! To start, we recommend downloading our free banner templates below. With the help of these banner design guides, you can count on getting the dimensions accurate and creating a print-ready banner design.

After downloading and opening the file, choose from the following file formats: AI, CDT, EPS, INDD, PSD, and PUB. Remember to check the read-me file for each format before creating or saving your banner design. Do not add an extra area for bleed or for the hems and keep all text and logos at least 1.5" from the edges to make sure the grommets do not overlap and interfere with your banner design.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?

For the final file, we prefer it to be in PDF, PSD, TIF, EPS, AI, or JPG format. If your design has transparent areas, please don’t save in JPG since it will automatically convert it to the default background color.

Is there a minimum resolution for my design?

Yes. The minimum resolution is 150 dpi. We don’t recommend printing smaller than that to prevent your design from becoming pixelated.

Can you send me a proof before printing?

Yes, we can. Choose ‘I need a PDF proof’ in the Proofing Options when finalizing your order. We’ll send you a digital proof you can review before we proceed to print.
