“Easy to use website and place order. Had an issue with quality of banner ordered and eSigns corrected the issue and sent a new sign right out to us.”

“I usually LOVE E-Signs until the last order I placed. I sent over the file and then noticed I had made an error on the artwork. I fixed the artwork right away and then called e-sign. I told them about the error and asked if I could send over a fixed artwork file right away. They gave me a new email address to send it to (cs@esigns.com) and I verified before I got off the phone that they received the new artwork. They did. Today is 4 business days later and I was reminded to check on my order with this request to fill out this review. So I checked on my order and it was still in the "ON HOLD" status. I called to find out what the issue was. Jeff at extension 809 told me that it was on hold waiting for the artwork. I then explained everything to him and while doing so, he found my email and my artwork and apologized. I asked him "what happened to my order did I get lost in your system?" He did not know. He did assure me that he sent my job to be made and that he would upgrade my shipping on the order. I initially needed this order before the weekend (April 27, 2013) however, today is Thursday and I didn't catch this until after 5:00pm Thursday night. “The frames were so flimsy and broke after he first use”

“The vinyl part is great! But, the stand is not square and causes the nice vinyl to be leaning to one side. The clips that hold the bottom of the graphic are not positioned at equal heights from the floor. In short, the stand is not that great.”
