If you are the owner of a building or property in Texas that allows public access, and do not wish firearms to be openly carried on the premises, you must comply to Texas' handgun sign laws Penal Code Sec. 30.07.

Signs shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Penal Code Sections 30.06 and 30.07. Sec. 30.06 requires the following language in both English and Spanish, in contrasting colors with block letters at least one inch in height to be on a sign prohibiting concealed carry: "Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun". Sec. 30.07 requires the following language in both English and Spanish, in contrasting colors with block letters at least one inch in height to be on a sign prohibiting open carry: "Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly".
