Absolutely amazing. From the ease of using your site, to your choice of artwork it was sooo easy. I was amazed at the quality of the vinyl and was so pleased how nice it was finished with hems and grommets. Just awesome service and prices. Loved loved it and can't wait until she sees it later this month. Keep up the great work and I will be back for my daughters Sweet 16 next year!

I placed an order in the evening, and then recieved an email that one of my players name had been misspelled on all of the paperwork I recieved from the league. I called esigns as soon as I knew of the mistake which was the next morning. Unfortunately the banner was already in production, but to my astonishment and delight they fixed the error and made another one. I will definitely be buying all of my banners from esign from now on. I had never used eSigns.com. I am a photographer. I recently took a photo of our high school volleyball team. I ordered a 4'x6' vinyl banner of to hang in our gymnasium and the banner is so good - it does my photography work justice. I will be back for more! Outstanding! This was a new experience, one that I was fearful of because I wanted 8'x10' banners to be produced from 30 year-old photos. The banners will create a backdrop for a museum dedicated to a beloved amusement park that closed in 1984 - Idora Park in Youngstown, Ohio. I was speechless when I saw the first banner. It was beautiful and brought back so many memories. I have since ordered 5 more banners of Idora Park and they are amazing! I'll continue to order your banners. I know that others who see the banners on display are going to feel like a part of Idora Park still lives. Thank you eSigns. This was so very important to me and you passed with flying colors.

Since going Fragrance Free, our banner for public events has needed to be up-dated, to match our new Fragrance Free image. For the past couple of years eSigns have offered great sales on their banners, but it seemed that each time a “Buy one get one free saleâ€Â, came around I had just purchased a new banner, or didn’t have the money to take advantage of the sale prices. I have wanted to get in on eSigns BOGO sales for quite a while. Again this year for the past month or so I have been receiving email telling of their sales on banners, and for the past couple of weeks the BOGO banner sale was back on, I was hoping to take advantage of the sale prices and get two banners for the price of one. And it looked like we would be able to afford one this time, so last night I forced myself to get the new banner designed, and uploaded to the eSigns website before the sale ended.. I was in such a hurry that I used the wrong template layout, I used the 10 foot layout, when my intention was to make a 9 foot banner. When I realized what I had done my heart sunk, I was finally going to get the new banner we needed and I ruined it.. After panicking for a while I found the ticket system for eSigns, I posted my problem, after posting I realized that the system had an “up load file†feature, and since it was Friday, I thought that I might get the corrected file uploaded before the banner went into production, so I quickly got busy and began making the changes, moving all my work over to the 9 foot banner template. It didn't take as long as the first draft, but all the content had to be moved and re-sized, it helped that I had Microsoft Publisher, and could copy and paste most of the text boxes and then just re-size. The templates are provided by eSigns, and they come in many other formats which made it easy for me to design my own banner… When I finally got the new banner finished it was pretty late, I got it uploaded to eSigns, I was so relieved with fingers crossed that the ticket system worked to prevent the wrong banner being made.. After the new event banner was uploaded, I began to notice that the website didn’t look as nice as the new banner… So that lead to me working on the website template to get it to look like the new banner, in the process I found two additional errors on the banner, and had to fix them both and upload a new version each time. Because I didn’t find both errors at the same time, that meant two separate corrections and uploads to eSigns. Now if I didn’t feel embarrassed enough, I should now telling you all about it. But I have a purpose here.. And I was totally embarrassed, after each upload and I thought it would be the last. Even though the correct banner/s are in the eSigns system I was still worried that the wrong banner draft will go to the printer before my ticket was read, to my surprise I received an email from the Banner Barron himself Robert Marsh, saying that if there were any problems with my order I could use an email address provided in the letter, that would send an email to all the managers and those in customer service, everyone in the company who would be able to help. At first I thought that I might email that address with my concerns, but thought it might be over kill. So I put the idea aside, that was before all the new-found errors and uploads, after 3 different uploads, I could not hold myself back I emailed the Calvary, and shortly received an email from Robert Marsh himself from his iPhone, this was around 8am I stayed up all night working on this, along with the website, and facebook templates. I ended up getting 4 or 5 emails with reassurance that the banner will not go to the printer till someone has looked at my ticket… I have to tell you that I am impressed by the level of customer service I received from eSigns, I never expected an email from the company owner on Saturday morning from his iPhone, not to mention the 3 employees who all took time from their Saturday to reassure me… Robert Marsh is setting his company apart from the rest, at least in my opinion. The New Event Banner has not gone into production as I write, but I will keep you updated on the outcome… UPDATE: The new banners have arrived, a day sooner than planned. The box was a little beat up, but the banners were un harmed.. I am so happy with the new banners… They are just what I hoped for.
