I have had a wonderful experience with eSigns. I ordered the wrong banners and noticed before it went to print. You guys helped me correct it and the banners still arrived on time for the show and worked out perfectly. Great customer service.

Starting a small business can be daunting and one does not know where to invest first. Advertising was a key decision and bringing my business to eSigns has proven to be a smart move. I was frustrated with my order and in a blink, Robin, your representative made sure all my concerns were attended to. Earlier when learning the ropes of how to create my ad, Jeff, another staff member there, took all the time it required to assist me in getting my ad just right even though his shift was over he stayed on the phone with me well beyond the call of duty and saw the project through, helping me make my deadlines. This being my first canvas order and ever using eSigns, I decided to try them due to their rave reviews and groupon deal...to my delight! The website was easy to use, my order was expedited quickly, arriving a week early, and the canvas was beautiful! I also ordered a smaller canvas from another company that not only took longer than promised but who's quality was very poor & didn't come close to eSigns'. So, they will be returned and reordered through eSigns, hopefully in time for Christmas! JOB WELL DONE ESIGNS! You've gained a faithful customer!

I ordered several photos on canvas, and had no idea how make adjustments (crop, red eye, etc.) Before I even had a chance to call for help I received a call from Jim in production, who explained the entire process to me. He examined every one of my photos and offered advice. Jim was incredibly patient and personable... and he did a fabulous job because I just received my canvases and they are AWESOME!!! Thank you Jim and thank you eSigns. I most certainly will be a repeat customer!

I purchased 5 - 16" x 20" canvas prints from eSigns. I'm ashamed to admit that I'm a computer illiterate so was a bit nervous about uploading my pictures and navigating the process. I had the good fortune of having ROBIN answer my call. Robin gives the expression "going above and beyond" a whole new meaning. She walked me through EVERY SINGLE STEP OF ALL 5 orders. She did so very patiently and pleasantly. ( Had our roles been reversed I would have been grasping for any sharp object to put myself out of my misery!!!). Conservatively speaking, Robin devoted well over an hour working with me! I do hope that Robin will be commended for a job VERY well done. Holiday shopping would be a pleasure if there were many more "Robins" out there! I can't wait to see the finished products!
